Bike deliveries are restricted to what a person on a bicycle can carry, generally up to 20 pounds or total dimensions (H+W+L) over 30 inches. Over this limit, please use vehicle service.

Pickup and deliver within 60 minutes within Zones 1-4, 90 minutes to/from Zone 5.. Service is available Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 6:00PM.
Bike Rush
Pickup and Deliver within 30 minutes Zones 1-3, 45 minutes to/from Zone 4, 60 minutes to/from Zone 5. Service is available Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 6:00PM.
Bike Deferred
Pickup and Deliver within 2 hours within all zones. Service is available Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 2:00PM.
Bike Immediate
Fastest possible service in San Francisco, 15 minutes for Zone 1, ask your CSR for times outside of downtown.
After Hours/Weekends/Holidays
Use Rush or Direct Service.
